Cordâme Quel album fantastique! Une communion entre 2 artistes comme on en entend peu. Francisco est un génie du piano et il est superbement épaulé par le jeu nuancé de batterie d'Ivan. Ce disque se mérite une place parmi les meilleurs de l'année 2021. La prise de son est excellente aussi. Favorite track: Friends of Light and Darkness.

Pianist Francisco Lequerica and drummer Ivan Bamford probably played over 100 shows before Lequerica moved to Colombia in 2011. Now over 10 years later the two find themselves together again in Montreal. The obvious thing to do? Record! Despite the long duration it felt as though a mere week had passed since the last time they had played together. Recorded at the wonderful Concrete Studios in February 2021.
